Gingerbread Houses on Christmas Eve

No better way to begin Christmas Eve then getting together with our cousins for cookie decorating and making gingerbread houses!  Kelly and the girls and Laura and her boys all came over for a few hours of cousin fun!

We started with cookie decorating (thanks to Kelly and the girls for baking and bringing them). We had to make some to leave out for Santa that night!

LJ ate much more icing then he used to decorate the cookies!

The moms made the houses- so this is the blank canvas that the kids got to start with...

Now that the older kids are busy with gingerbread houses, the littles found the icing table! Haha!
The girls decorated a house and the boys did a train and house- I actually think they all decorated all of them a little!

The train....
 A house....

 Littles needed food- as always!

Decorating finished- time for a quick lunch!
 The finished products...

Oh no- collapsed train!! Haha! Glad I got a shot of it before the fall!
Thanks for a fun morning everyone!!!

A few quick memories from making our gingerbread houses last year:
