Here are a few randoms from the last 2 weeks... Evan getting in the conversation at our 'last' Jack Allen's...  Boys playing at the other end of the table with Grandad LJ is obsessed with rolly pollies right now... he searches for them, collects them, carries them around... loves them! Showing me his latest prized rolly polly! LJ relaxing while simultaneously sweeping- my little multi-tasker! Barrett loved that he pulled the stool up for an ottoman- loves feet up just like his dad! Still wears his monster toes all the time...  Evan is doing better at holding his own bottle... but not great!  Am I making him lazy!?!! Tradition of going to Jason's Deli for dinner after swim lessons on Thursdays, and LJ is obsessed with getting his ice cream there... he even asks about it whenever we pass it driving! Evan loves his meals there too!! Cuddle time with Dada! Who says boys don't have tea parties!? Well

Our first drive-to-destination with the boys... Port Aransas Beach for Memorial Day! (It was Evan's first time to beach- and LJ's only been one other time in Mexico with Capi and Gigi). And we had such an AMAZING time! We went with five of our great friends and their kids- all together six families with eleven kiddos under the age of 3!! We left late Friday morning for the ~4 hour drive from Austin to Port Aransas. Evan took his first nap pretty quickly, and LJ had a great time playing. Getting very into his pretend play- where all the animals talk to each other, etc! Then after a quick lunch in the car, both boys fell asleep until we arrived at the beach! So happy they did so well on the road trip! We got unpacked in our condo (all the families were staying in condos in the same building of a beach resort), we headed straight to a restaurant on the beach for some dinner and drinks.
