We have been excited to light a fire in our fire pit since we decided to buy our house! There are many sitting areas around the house, but this one may be our favorite! We decided to invite our friends over this weekend to enjoy our first fire and some s'mores together. But before our friends came over on Saturday, we decided to give it a test run on Friday evening. On Friday, he started with damp logs, lighter fluid, and leaves... the fire would get big, but didn't last long at all! LJ and Evan were both excited to help dad! We had such a wonderful Thanksgiving meal at Queenie and Grandad's house. And as a wonderful bonus- Gigi, Capi, and Joe were able to join us! I was so happy to have everyone there! And Queenie- thank you again for hosting everyone and for an amazing meal! We are too spoiled! Missed the Robinsons (Eagles, Laura, Locke) as they have a tradition of going to Oklahoma for Thanksgiving, but Eagle's mom Laurie still joined us here! Boys got right to playing upon arrival to Queenie and Grandad's house! They have a new rocking horse that LJ loves!  Evan stuck to the rocking chair!  LJ got his Aunt Kelly and Uncle Dan to read to him! Lucky boy!  While Evan got Queenie to play ball with him!   And as usual, Evan insisted that Uncle Joe held him!
