Christmas Traditions: December 2016

We love December and ALL the fun traditions we have during the month!  Below are a few pictures from some of the ones we do around the house!

Our North Pole Caller was up and running again on December 1st, and the kids loved getting to talk to someone from the North Pole once a day for the month!  The kids' Aunt Kelly gave them this fun thing a few years ago, and it is still a huge hit!

Here's a video of one of their calls (I loved the things they would say every day- so cute!):

And as always, Grandma sent us our chocolate advent calendars as she has every year since I was a little girl! So special and yummy! And this year Gigi also sent the kids some new advent calendar from Germany! We had a lot of cool things to do every day!

Crazy Mozart the Elf made his appearance every day of December leading up to (and including) Christmas day....

And one of my favorites- and the kids now too- our Snow Village! Our new house has the most perfect spot for our Snow Village... I love it!!!
This is a panoramic so looks a little weird, but that's the best shot I could get!
