October 2014 - Randoms

I wanted to get all the random pictures from the first half (well through the 22nd!) of the month... since the end of the month will likely be a little crazy as we welcome a new Wood baby!!

Boys LOVE Champions - they are there once a week and get so excited to go (although sometimes LJ is a little hesitant to let me leave!). But he always has a blast once I am gone, and Evan barely says good-bye because he is so excited to go!
Here are some shots from their warm-up one morning...

Sang and I picking up the kids from Champions - less than 10 hours before Sang went into labor and gave birth to their new baby girl! I will miss my bump-buddy but am excited to join her on the other side in just 3 weeks!!

I got to go meet precious baby Charley McDonnell! She is so beautiful!

 Evan...
Evan loves dressing up as much as LJ... He's a little chicken running through the house!  This was the night Queenie and Grandad got back from Idaho so the family was over for dinner! SO happy to have them back!
LJ usually spends about 1.5 hours in his room for 'quiet time', and then (if I still need rest time), he joins me in my room until Evan wakes up.
My little musician...
LJ got a random black eye- and ironically the next week Evan came home from school with one too.  Neither can tell me how they got them!  I officially have 2 boys!

Cacly has been particularly presumptuous lately- jumpy on the bed or couch if you happen to pat it (or make any noise sounding like a pat)!

These silly boys are always getting into something! Today they decided to ride their basketball hoop around like a horsey!
A quick run to Target to look for costumes.... this was so much fun for boys that LOVE dressing up!   Although some of them were a little scary!

Sharing their 'vanilla milk' (probiotic drink) with 2 straws!

Whole Foods playground time...

The day after LJ's birthday party, Evan woke up sick. And since Barrett and I have both been having a hard time sleeping (maybe nervous about the baby coming in 12 days?!), it was a perfect day to watch movies in bed! This was actually our first day to ever do this as a family as we usually like to get out of the house! But it was fun!

Evan is never too sick to put undies on his head and play the guitar!!

LJ in his new robe! He looks like a little man- How cute!!!

The boys were performing Ninja turtle moves for each other! Each took turns watching the other with the sword! Hah!
      å
The boys doing a puzzle together before bed...

We got in two weeks of ISR swim lessons this month. We will try to go at least a couple times each month to keep the boys swimming well and practicing all they learned over the summer. They both did very well!!!

Got a fun night with Gigi and Capi (they were flying through after a Stagger wing airshow in Memphis and stopped for the night).  Here is Evan telling Gigi and Uncle Joe a story as they color!
And then in serious conversations with Capi!

And Gigi playing with Evan before bed. Evan is saying, "Look at me Mama; I'm upside down!"

Sunday we headed to Zilker Park for a little playground time and train riding!

The McDonnells joined us too! About to take off....
Attempting selfies with Evan!
Evan handing his ticket to the 'conductor'!
LJ and Ben were sitting so close to each other - they were so excited!
More successful attempt at selfies after we got moving!

And we caught Barrett taking a selfie of him and Kate (they were riding together up front!) So cute!!
Mark, Sang, and Charley (hiding in Sang's lap!) behind us!
LJ and Ben- still sitting super close!

Gigi bought all the kids balloon figures after the train ride... of course LJ got all the boys swords!

We had an exciting delivery on our porch one afternoon- a BOO Basket! The door bell rings, and a box of goodies is all we find! (we suspect our friends the McDonnells!).

Everyone must come check it out- dogs included!

Haha! Vampire teeth!

Silly boys!
Barrett and his boys on our new chair! We got a new comfy recliner/ rocker that will eventually go in our living room- but we have it in our bedroom for now so I will have a place to nurse and rock the baby (in less than a week! Ah!!).

I love these silly boys! Always dressing up and making me laugh!!!

And we will be adding one more to the mix tomorrow!!! AHHHH! can't wait!
