Dinner prayers
When we eat with Barrett's family, Grandad always leads us in the same prayer before the meal, where he says most of it and the family joins in for certain words ('food', 'home', 'well', 'and for each other Amen' are said by everyone). We decided to bring this tradition to our house too.
LJ started reciting the words with us about 6 months ago, but lately he has decided that he prefers to lead the prayer (sorry Grandad you have competition!)! He does this every night now at our house, followed by clapping, and he even says "I am so proud of you" many nights because we usually say it to him (wish he had this night because it's really funny when he does)!
