Queenie and Grandad are home!

Queenie and Grandad are back in Austin after their summer in Idaho, and we are so happy to have them back! On the night of their return, Barrett was out I town for work. But LJ, Evan and I got to meet the family at Santa Rita for a welcome home dinner!

LJ quickly found his favorite spot on his cousin Lauren's lap!





Eagle Jr amazing us with his eating! One of the funniest and grossest things I have ever seen- Eagle eating a spoon full of catchup and queso! Haha!


And we are so happy to resume our weekly family traditions.
Of course one of our favorites is Saturday Farmers Markets followed by Vivo! Evan and I didn't make the Farmers market this week (Barrett and LJ met everyone there), but Evan did have his first Vivo experience!

Went back to Trampoline Park on Sunday... LJ has gotten so much better and more confident - guess all the practice time on his little trampoline is paying off! Still so much fun for Dad...  And the Mamas finally get in on all the fun!  Last time we went I was VERY pregnant and couldn't jump... but not this time! Ellie - Our Earliest Crawler!

Our little 'surprise' baby got us again and started crawling 2 months earlier than the boys did! She was close for about a week, and then at just about 8.5 months, she took her first crawls! She is getting the hang of it quickly... time to secure the legos that seem to always be all over the floor! First she started rocking on her knees, and doing little army crawls/ knees/ army crawl to get places. Then about a week later, we saw her first crawls. Within a week after those first crawls, she was all over the place!!! She will come find me in the kitchen if I leave her sitting in the living room and will venture all over the house! She's not fast, but she's pretty good! And so proud of herself! Here are some videos of her progress... Mother's Day Celebrations

What a special and spoiled week I had!!! On Tuesday I picked these two precious things up from Champions:  Then the first celebration (well not including the Chick-fil-a mom-son date knight) was on Wednesday. LJ's class at WHPP had a Mother's Day Tea- and how lucky we were that Gigi came to town late on Tuesday night and was able to join me!!  Since Gigi was there (the only Grandmother in the room!), we got a table all to ourselves... and also LJ had twice the amount of work! He served both Gigi and me our tea/ lemonade, cookies, and fruit snacks!  He made me a very fun necklace and made me a new coffee mug all wrapped up...      I started crying when I read it: "This is the hand you used to hold when I was only 4 years old" with a hand print ned to it!!! How special!!  And a flower for Gigi!!!   This was outside LJ's classroom...  I am chopped liver with these two! Haha!!  We picked up Evan a little early, and caught h
