Apirl 2015 Overview and Randoms!

Great start to the month! Easter was actually the first weekend of the month- so we started off busy preparing!! Other events of the month (pictures in other posts) included: a visit from Gigi, Ellie's first hair cut, the WHPP Hoe Down, Run for Rex 5K and birthday party, a Napa girls' trip (Barrett home alone with the boys), and Ellie's 6 month well-check!

Not even a week after her 5 month birthday, and Ellie is a pretty strong sitter! She rarely falls over now- I love it!!

April 2... Ellie is 23 weeks!

Ellie's first time hanging out in her new go-pod out on the porch. We got this so we could have a good place to put her while we play outside, jump on the trampoline, etc... She seemed to enjoy it!!

April 12- Ellie and I finally made it to church (Ellie's first time)! She stayed with us for the sermon (not ready to drop her off in child care yet).

Sang got Ellie and Charley matching AWESOME moccasin shoes... so excited!!!! Of course this motivated a photo shoot!! Haha!

The boys love playing in front of WHPP after pick up! There is usually a group of friends hanging out there

Calcy really wanted to go somewhere with us... poor Calcy!

Uncle Joe came over for dinner, and both boys insisted on sitting next to him! Haha! Personal space is not plentiful around our house!!!

April 14

This precious outfit was a hand-me-down from Piper (middle), then worn by Charley (right) and now Ellie!!! Love all these precious girls! Thanks for sharing with us!!!

April 15

Time for some T-Ball!! Boys did great! We set it up so they hit the ball up a hill, and it would come rolling back down to them! Perfect!

April 16....

Thursdays at the park!

Another day, another precious hand-me-down outfit from sweet Eve and Aryn!!!

And we are sporting some awesome bloomers from Christine!!! Couldn't be any cuter!!

A hail storm hit our house...

Love that the hail stayed long enough for the boys to play with it the next morning! They were so excited!!

A Sunday afternoon stroll in the Bob- and Ellie's first time sitting up in the stroller! LJ was so excited to get to sit next to her!

April 20....

Sometimes I get to dress the boys... and sometimes they pick out their own outfits. Today it was all them!

April 23.... Ellie is 6 months and 26 weeks today!!! Her true half birthday!!!

Back from Napa- my goodness did I miss this little face!!!

Then we left the kids with out sitter and got to meet Mackenzie (who was not yet names at the time!!)

Ellie's first 'wipey-mess'! She got a hold of the thing of wipes and took about 20 out in minute! This is still entertaining for any of my children on a feisty day!

Only 2 months has gone by, and these boys have crazy long hair again!! Off to Cool-Cuts-4-Kids we went!!

There was a wait at the hair place, so we went to a yogurt shop next door while we waited. It was our first time to Pink Berry - and it was delicious!!!

Ellie didn't get any yogurt- but she did enjoy licking the spoon!!

April 30....

Thursdays are my only non-weekend morning with the boys (no school), so I try to plan something fun for them! We often go to the park, a fun lunch place with a play ground, or our new favorite Rolly Pollies (where we are in the pictures below). We usually meet up with either LJ's friends Hudson and/or Thomas also.
