El Paso Trip March 2015

We arrived in El Paso on Thursday evening in time for a quick dinner at Lubys before getting to the condo to get set up for the night.

The next morning we woke up with no plans- and it was a gorgeous morning! So Gigi, the kids and I grabbed some lunch and went to a park for a picnic!
I have tried many times to explain to LJ how to swing by himself- and he finally seems to have gotten it!! Yay!
Gigi and Ellie!
Ellie in her new St. Patrick's Day head band from Grandma
Ellie hanging with her great-grandma, 'Grandma'!
A hug for Grandma from Evan (who will not take off his new St. Patrick's Day hat from her!).

Good morning faces!
We headed out to Capi and Gigi's new hanger! Super cool! And this one has more space and extra rooms! I think they will be adding bunk beds for the kids so we will have a place to stay at the airport when we come! Fun!!!!
Boys found their riding toys...
Happy little princess!!

These boys love being at the hanger- they are so 'busy' here!
Back at the condo- at just over 20 weeks old, Ellie did her first roll! She went from her back to her tummy!
That milk is doing it's job :)
Evan is so tired here!! He begs to go back to bed for his nap every day! Had to sneak in and take a picture! Both boys have air mattresses on the floor of Capi and Gigi's room (I think I am getting more sleep than they are while we are here! Thanks guys!!).

Morning snuggles with the boys!
Ellie was stirring and trying to practice her new rolling, so I put her on her tummy to sleep a little longer in the morning- and it worked! She slept another 2 hours on her stomach!
Barrett got to El Paso early on Sunday morning!! Yay Dada's here!!!
We headed to Chuck-e-Cheese to meet our friends for lunch! Didn't get many pictures because we were busy playing! So fun to see everyone though!!!

Then after naps, we went out to dinner to celebrate Aunt Sandy's birthday. Boys are still wearing these hats every where we go!

Grandma and Ellie- LOVE!
Aunt Sandy, Uncle Albert, and Ellie...

Monday... our last full day in El Paso!
We had to go see Aunt Mona!

Although we went to Chuck-E-Cheese, the boys were still requesting Peter Piper Pizza! So we took them there for lunch! They remember this place so well!!

Then to my surprise, the boys LOVED playing air hockey!! And they actually did well!! They had so much fun and got really into it!

SCORE!!
Then we had to get a cup cake for the boys from Grandma (who waited in the car with a sleeping Evan and Ellie while LJ picked them out!).

Kisses for his Gigi!

Here is what he picked! Evan will be excited to eat this when he wakes up!

And our last night there we got to spend with my Aunt Patsy and all my cousins! They made my very favorite Lebanese dinner- my mouth had been watering for days!!!

We all have so much fun here- and I don't know where the kids are most of the time as they are just going from arm to arm and having a blast!!!

Learning about Bat gamin with Ron Lee!
Ellie with her Auntie Tricia!
LJ wrestling with Cal...

Teri, me, Aunt Patsy, Lori, Tricia- and the star, LJ!

Back to the condo for baths! It's funny how quickly things change: the condo used to be a challenging place at bath time, but now that the boys are bigger, they can enjoy the only bath tub here- this HUGE one!!! They had so much fun 'swimming' every night! Haha!

On Tuesday we go up and out to the hanger as early as possible to get a ride home in Capi and Gigi's plane! We are so lucky to get to do this!!!
Happy kiddos!

The boys were already in there St. Paddy's Day shirts, but we had to get Ellie out of bed to get to the plane, so she had to have a mid-flight change to get her green on!! Thanks SO much for the boys'  cute shirts Gigi and this precious outfit for Ellie Aunt Patsy!!
Gigi came back to visit us for a minute!

And in just 1.5 hours, we were home! Amazing flight and such a wonderful time visiting everyone!!! And since we got a ride home, we have Southwest credit that we will use to go visit again SOON!! Love everyone there and so glad we got to see you!
