New Year's Eve 2014
Since we have new babies, inconsistent sleep, and a lot going on in our lives, this year we headed to the Robinson's house for an early New Year's Eve celebration with them and the McDonnells (last year we were all in Port Aransas together!)! We decided 7 pm would be our 'midnight', and it was perfect! Laura had a pizza bar set out for the kids to make their own mini pizza- it was really cute and the boys really enjoyed doing it and were proud of their creations!
An attempted picture of Ellie and Charley in their New Year's tiaras... will have to try again on that one as Ellie was ready for a nap! haha!
Then outside for little poppers and silly string!
Got messy quickly!!! But the kids had a blast!
Then inside for our count down and cheers!! The kids all got to wear hats, had noise makers and a flute filled with Bubbly (juice!).
Evan chugging his juice... should we be worried!?!
Cheers!! Everyone got to cheers their neighbor and drink! So cute!
And finally, some cookie cake for dessert! What a celebration!!
So blessed to be bringing in the New Year (even if a little early) with such wonderful people! Love these girls!
Is this from too much bubbly juice or cookie cake?! Wow!
I wanted to cheers with my boys too (and get my kiss!)!
He's saying, "Happy New Year!"
And we were still home in time to have Ellie in bed before 9 pm! Not crazy in the ways our New Years Eves have been in the past, but so special for different and new reasons!!! Welcome 2015!!
