Pregnancy Update

I am 32 weeks pregnant now - or 8 months ( in pregnancy months so 10 months is due date)... and so I think it's about time for an update! We have been so blessed with a very good pregnancy over all! Evan is an active little guy, and although he keeps me up a lot, I absolutely LOVE getting to feel him so much!

We have scheduled a c-section for Monday, August 13 at noon!  We decided on this date for a few reasons:
1. Evan will be exactly 22 months younger than LJ
2. My Doctor is on call and working from the hospital where we will be delivering - Seton Southwest- so she will be very available if anything is needed throughout the day (hopefully not!). 
3. This was my original due date


I will be 39 weeks pregnant, and 2 1/2 weeks less pregnant than when I delivered LJ! 


HOWEVER if Evan decides to come any time before the 13th, I will be trying for a 'natural' birth.

C-Section is scheduled for Monday, August 13... ONE more week at most! Feeling good- and ready! Hoping he comes before the 13th... but can't wait to meet him either way!

LJ Swimming

LJ has made some big improvements in his swimming these last few weeks.  We are so excited and proud of him. Trampoline Park

Went back to Trampoline Park on Sunday... LJ has gotten so much better and more confident - guess all the practice time on his little trampoline is paying off! Still so much fun for Dad...  And the Mamas finally get in on all the fun!  Last time we went I was VERY pregnant and couldn't jump... but not this time! I see a frequent Sunday family outing in our future! A little sliding time... And video gaming! Too much fun!!

LJ Loses his first Teeth!

LJ's two bottom teeth were definitely loose. He had been wiggling them for MONTHS and insisting they were about to come out! While we were in El Paso in June, one of them got really loose, and he even begged us to just pull it out or take him to a dentist!! Hah!!  And I actually tried, but I couldn't get a good grip on it. Then when we looked up ways to pull teeth (like the well known string on a door handle), the overwhelming recommendation was NOT to do it!! Apparently this could cause a tooth to come out too soon and lead to infection! Who knew! So he had to wait!!  That said, he tooth was getting so loose, it was leaning sideways in his mouth!! It almost looked like it had come out sometimes because it wasn't sitting so funny! Then on July 3, as I was brushing his teeth before bed (sometimes I make him let me do it so I can be sure they are getting a good brushing), I literally brushed his tooth sideways!! Ah!!!
