Easter Day 2015

The Easter bunny left the boys baskets filled with little gifts- and even left Ellie a little basket!! LJ came racing down the stairs and found everyone's baskets immediately! He dragged Evan over, and they got to work sorting through their baskets (Ellie slept through the entire thing!).
Ellie's mini- basket!
The boys got a couple different gifts this year so got to show each other what they each got! It was very cute!

Evan was way more into eating candy this year than any gift!!

My happy little Ellie-bunny!

After naps, we got to continue our celebration at Queenie and Grandad's house for their annual Easter egg hunt and dinner!

A dad and his girl- heart melting!

My sweet boy- excited to hunt!
 And their off....

This year the Robinsons had a special surprise addition- a bunny piñata!! We went smallest-to-biggest-kids hitting order, and all the kids got several turns (a quality piñata!). What a fun treat!

Evan got to go after Locke...

Damaged bunny- but still hanging on!

 Kate got it!
Wow that was a full bunny!
The piñata remains- a little disturbing!

Time for confetti eggs!  And this year we got to get Queenie!! Yay!
Evan's face in the back ground sums up his feelings on LJ! No one is funnier in the whole world! Love it!

 Grandad's turn!

 Happy little batman!
 Evan gets Uncle E!
 Uncle Dan gets LJ!
 LJ gets Uncle E!
 Evan thinks this is hilarious!
 Evan getting his dad...

 Kate hanging with Ellie!
Evan sneaking under Barrett's legs in an attempt to get more chocolate!! He is a total addict like me- poor guy!!

Playing with toys from their baskets! I asked LJ and Eagle Jr to show me their mean faces... haha!
Battle time?!
Ellie hanging with the boys!
Uncle Dan and Kate...
Grandad, Queenie and all the grandkids (except Lauren who was sick)! I love these!

Sweet cousins (missing Lauren and Locke!)
The oldest and the youngest (well, for a few more weeks!)
My little princess! Thanks for the precious outfit Gigi!!!

If only she would smile sometimes ;)

Thank you Grandad and Queenie for another blessed and wonderful Easter! We are so thankful for you all!!
And thank you God!! The words we must remember and give thanks for around our house... He is Risen!!!! And thanks to Him, we can too!!
