Evan has not proven to be nearly as huge of a swing fan as LJ so far, but he will sit in there for about 15 minutes and relax... and LJ loves 'helping' by pushing the swing (scary!!) and talking to Evan the whole time! Crazy little man- this is his response to 'smile for the camera'!!

Had a fun morning with our friends at Zilker... Evan slept through most of his second visit to a park! LJ enjoyed a lot of swing time... LJ and his friends driving the truck! Snack time with everyone's favorite.... Watermelon!! Playing a giant xylophone with Ben and Piper

Just some pictures of the boys from the week... Evan sleeping with his little nose up! And he's up! Getting more alert and up for longer periods of time this week! Sleeping in dad's lap Hug for dad from LJ... Hug for brother from LJ! "There's baby Evan's ear" - LJ Evan's first visit to the park... Swinging with pilot (in his mouth)...  Bath time is getting a little more calm!  All clean!! 16 Days old and the umbilical cord is finally gone! Yay!! Enjoyed another wonderful visit from Gigi and Capi! A kiss for brother...  Got to have Ben over again for some more running and play time! First day in bouncy chair (17 days old)- put him right to sleep!  Getting ready for bed... Evan's eyes are still a pretty deep blue... not sure they'll stick but love them!

Evan had his 2 week doctor check up at15 days old. He has almost gained his birth weight back and looks very good other wise! Here are his stats: At birth: Weight 7 lbs 14 oz Length 20.25 in At 2 weeks: Weight 7 lbs 11 oz  - 25th percentile Length 20.5 in - 50th percentile Head circumference 37 cm - 50th percentile (LJ was and still is in the 90th percentile!) He only had a heal prick for his 2nd newborn screening today (first was in hospital)-- but he did NOT like it at all! It was very sad!! His next appointment will be when he is 2 months - and will include his first round of vaccines :(

Ben and Piper came to play today... so much fun!! They ran from the door to the living room at least 20 times in a row- and laughed / loved doing it every time! Amazing what they find so much fun! Ben "One, two, three, GO" ... but he would start running on One!  Then of course they needed some trampoline time!
