The next morning we had Ellie's well-check! She was happy to go and had fun playing (of course she had no idea a vaccine was in her near future- poor girl!) Riding the rocking horse in the waiting room! She was pretty upset about getting her shots, but a lollipop helped a lot!!! Ellie's birthday morning!  She insisted on sleeping in her Supergirl dress, so she woke up looking pretty cute! We had a few presents for her to open, and they boys may have been more excited than her about the whole thing!  Her first gift was a toy ice cream making set that Evan picked out to be from the boys. I thought this was cute since Ellie really does LOVE ice cream so much.  Nothing like brothers to help you get everything opened ;) The boys loved their gift to her! Hah! Lots of ice cream making parties around here!  Then she got some new clothe for her favorite doll from Aunt Sang, and she had a really cute purse to open from the Almeidas! Then we got her dressed in a precious little outfit, and headed to church! Thanks for the cute balloons Aunt Sang - they were perfect!!!!  She loves balloons!!! The Saturday afternoon before my birthday, I got to take a nap! I don't do this very often now that my kids sleep well at night, but it was needed and awesome! LJ was at his friend Thomas' house for his first sleep over (and I usually try to stay awake to entertain LJ!), both E's (Evan and Ellie) were asleep, and the house was quiet! We had no plans for the evening!  When I got up around 4 pm, Barrett and Evan were awake and hanging in the living room. He kept asking what I wanted to do that night, and I kept saying, "I am doing it!" He said he thought we should go out since my birthday was the next day, but I was really ok just relaxing at home! He was acting a little suspicious though, so I started thinking maybe some friends would be coming over to surprise me or something. I kept asking him, and he just denied anything. LJ's met his sweet friend Thomas in WHPP 2 months before their 3rd birthdays- which happens to be the same day! They hit it off immediately- LJ's first friend made on his own! And now over 3 years later, they are still like two peas in a pod!  For Thomas' birthday, he had a few friends come spend the day with him, and they got to go to Main Event together to bowl, rock, climb, and play laser tag followed by cake at their house. Then everyone else went home, and LJ was invited to spend the night with Thomas! His first solo sleep over! LJ was SO excited!  Dropping LJ off on Saturday morning for his day of celebrating Thomas!  Since we were in Westlake, we had to go to our very favorite, Taco Deli!
