Good to be home and back into our routine! Day two back in Austin we headed to the gym, stopped by the toy store to play and get a birthday gift, then picked up lunch. We went by Barrett's office to eat with him!  Had the Eagles over for dinner and swimming one Friday afternoon! The boys swimming! Evan loves wearing goggles (even though they are too big) They were crooked, but he wanted them on... And then he found a better place for them! Dinner and Bball... the perfect way to end a night with these boys!

We got back to Austin in time for two doctor's appointments to check on Baby #3- the first was our 20 week (done at 21 weeks) anatomy ultrasound and the second was our regular monthly visit.  The 20 week ultrasound is the 'big' one, so to speak, as they measure all the major organs, look at the brain, heart, all ventricles, arms, fingers, toes, and just makes sure everything looks 'right'. Are we are so happy to say, everything the doctor could see/ determine from an ultrasound (which is not all that could be wrong, but many things) looks as good as we could hope for!!  This is also the appointment where you have the option to find out if you are having a boy or a girl... and we decided NOT to find out!  Since we told the doctor we wouldn't be finding out, he gave us warnings not to look at the screen when he was examining areas that we may be able to see the gender- like when he looked closely at the bladder and the thigh.  These both took about 2 m...

Sunday = Father's Day! And no better way to start the day, then by heading to the airport to pick up Dada!! The boys were so excited to go!! And to see him!!  Then we headed straight to Grandma's pool to swim... So happy to have Barrett see how crazy Evan is in the water now! He refuses to wear a floaty/ tube/ anything that would help, and he wants to be under water!! It is terrifying! I have barely been able to swim with LJ because I can't take a hand off Evan for a second! LJ is still obsessed with the water shooter/ gun thing from Aunt Teri! We take it away if he shoots anyone in the face or random strangers at the pool, but he LOVES to see how far he can make it go!  Happy little fish! We left the pool and went straight to meet Capi and Gigi for Father's Day Brunch at Great American Steakhouse.
