This is my biggest problem with trying to put LJ's food on a plate- luckily Alfredo sauce comes out of hair easily!!! - The Wood Fam

LJ had his first dentist appointment today. Everything looks very good- he is apparently doing a great job brushing his teeth! Teeth are coming in out of order, but this is not a problem. So far he has 6 teeth and 2 molars all the way out, 1 molar poking through, and very swollen gums where more molars will soon follow! He is a late teether (didn't get first teeth until 11 months old!) like his mama was! He had fun playing with all the new toys at the dentist office and was very well behaved for his very short exam! - The Wood Fam

Queenie's spaghetti has always been one of LJ's favorites- and today he was eating it all by himself - sometimes with a fork! This was one of our messiest meals! - The Wood Fam

Been working on counting, and LJ has really impressed me! He will also says things like "one shoe, two shoe" and hold up one and then two of his shoes! - The Wood Fam

We have had a great few days in El Paso... He are some of our fun memories: LJ always makes friends with animals - if they let him! Trying to catch Gigi's bubbles! Playing at the park: Making new friends (LJ kept touching Amy- who we just met- and excitedly repeated 'a friend, a friend!')... Chatting away and picking up rocks in Gigi's hat... Having Gigi read to him... Sitting in Capi's tow (used to move planes) - which LJ calls a car! Trying to get new toys at Walgreens ... Entertaining himself with a roll of toilet paper- he snuck off while I was getting ready and I found him talking to himself, ripping up pieces of toilet paper and stuffing them down the toilet paper roll... More play time at another park... Peek a boo with random kids! Running around Opening wide for his Syrian food at Farrah's- he loves it!! LJ tugging on Rachel to come walk with him... Love our time with Great Grandma Rachel! Brushing Capi's hair... And Grandma's hair! Watching Fin...

LJ and I got to fly to El Paso with Capi and Gigi... He loved pointing at the lights and having us turn them on and off... And he really loved all the planes!! There was a mini air show going on at the airport we flew out of in San Marcos, and he was so excited about all the planes! He just kept pointing at them and saying 'airpane airpane!' First time LJ has let the headset stay in for more than five minutes! And when we got into the hangar, he immediately found the flyboy rocker capi and Gigi got him for the hangar (and the car)... He was one happy boy! - The Wood Fam
